Chicken Pot Pie

You need leftovers from last night's Rotisserie Chicken:

And seasoning:

And Pie Crust:

Now chop everything in cubes (don't chop the seasoning pouch). Fry it olive oil or butter (don't you dare use margarine). 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are goldenish.

Add the seasoning and some water (enough to cover everything up), and cook until the potatoes are tender.

Pour everything into individual oven friendly bowls:

Cover with the pie crust.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden.

Cool down for 5-10 minutes.

Eat.

Have a wonderful Sunday!

5 Easy Fish Recipes

I love love love these recipes. Yes, the videos are in Spanish...and the cook's accent is quite difficult to understand if you are not used to it ;) BUT! The videos are very easy to follow...cooking has no language barriers right?

Enjoy!
